During the COVID-19 pandemic period, we are limiting capacity in the museum to ensure there's room for you to safely enjoy your visit. If you want to guarantee your visit, please book a timed ticket in advance, and fill in your full name and valid ID number. Please then follow the safety regulations: verify codes → measure temperature → purchase ticket  → wear mask. Anyone feeling unwell or with a temperature above 37.3°C will not be admitted.

Due to the COVID-19, we do not offer online tickets, you need to buy the ticket at our reception.

Pudong 

Long Museum (Pudong) is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19. For the latest updates about reopening, sign up to our WeChat official account.

Chongqing

No booking required. Individual visitor needs to present the Chongqing QR code (Green code) at entry. Please then follow the safety regulations: verify code → register ID → measure temperature → wear mask. Anyone feeling unwell or with a temperature above 37.3°C will not be admitted.

Group visits must be pre-booked through WeChat. At the time of booking, please let us know the full name of the group leader, ID number, and group size. Please present the screenshot of booking confirmation at entry.
