The movie "To and From Austria-China" is a documentary work by Austrian director Judith Benedikt, telling the story of Chinese immigrants in Austria. In the interview, Judith will talk about her original intention and experience in making this documentary and share her experience as a film director in Austria. In addition to director Judith Benedikt, the two protagonists in the documentary, Mr. Shan Jiaqian and Ms. Xie Feiru, will also participate in the interview. 

About the Movie

"To and From Austria-China/China Reverse" tells the story of the life of the first and second generation of Chinese in their second hometown of Austria, bilateral cultural and economic exchanges, and the story of Chinese immigrants in Austria. Those who are far away from hometown and relatives and wandering in the unknown world have always attracted the director deeply. The immagrants come to an unfamiliar environment and create a new world there. 

The word "hometown" no longer has any direct connection with geographical separation. It rather embodies a strong emotion - "homesickness".
