Artist: Xu Mangyao
Xu Mangyao , born in 1945, Shanghai, graduated from China Academy of Art.”Suture”, one of his oil paintings ,which was created in 90s, is now showed in Long Museum in “Experiencing Simplicity——Realistic Paintings from Long Collection”. In this series of “Suture”, the artist aims to figure out the relationship between human beings and materials in a realistic way.
